Withdraw from contract (ad credit)

As a consumer, you can withdraw from an advertising credit top-up here within 14 days of the top-up. No login is required. There is no right of withdrawal for ZCROLL+.

If you are not logged in, we send a confirmation link to the account's email address. We only carry out the withdrawal after the click.

Without details, the withdrawal applies to all top-ups you can still withdraw from.

You will receive the confirmation of receipt with date and time by email.
